All payments made for treatments, services, or products are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether they are utilized. Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:
Treatments and services may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from Before & After Aesthetics Management. Transfers are subject to the following conditions:

Unutilized services will automatically lapse upon expiry and cannot be extended, refunded, or converted to cash.

If you receive a product different from your order or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your parcel.

Any product exchange, service credit, or replacement will be made solely at the discretion of Before & After Aesthetics.
All shipping, handling, and payment gateway fees are non–refundable and must be borne by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in parcel return, reshipment fees will apply to cover re–delivery costs.
Orders will not be re–shipped until full payment of the reshipment fee is received.
To maintain product integrity, please inspect all purchases upon receipt.
If a faulty or damaged bottle cap is found, notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
This policy applies strictly to defects identified upon receipt.
Products used after opening or reported after the 5–day window are not eligible for exchange.
All online orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM SGT (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
