Refund & Cancellation Policy

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

All payments made for treatments, services, or products are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether they are utilized. Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to: 

  1. Non-attendance or late attendance for appoints;
  2. Failure to schedule or utilize the service within its validity period;
  3. Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase.

TRANSFER OF SERVICES

Treatments and services may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from Before & After Aesthetics Management. Transfers are subject to the following conditions: 

  1. The company must be notified in advance
  2. The transferee must agree to comply with all service terms and conditions

 

Transferred services remain non-refundable and must be used within the original validity period.

SERVICE VALIDITY

Where a validity period applies, services must be redeemed within the stipulated timeframe

Unutilized services will automatically lapse upon expiry and cannot be extended, refunded, or converted to cash

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Refunds will only be granted in circumstances where required by Singapore law, including

  1. Misrepresentation of a service or product
  2. Nonperformance or inability to provide the purchased service due to reasons attributable to Before & After Aesthetics

DISCRETIONARY SERVICE CREDITS

Such remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (CPFTA) and other applicable regulations.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive a product different from your order or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your parcel

Send an email to hello@beforeafter.sg with the following information

(a) Order number 

(b) Full name 

(c) Shipping address 

(d) Details of the affected item(s

(e) Date and recipient of parcel delivery 

(f) Photographs of the affected product(s

We will investigate and arrange an exchange or replacement within 5 business days where applicable.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, Before & After AestheticsTM maintains a strict no refund, no return policy for

  • Skincare products 
  • Haircare products 
  • Body or scalp formulations 

 

These items are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective delivery

COMPANY DISCRETION

Any product exchange, service credit, or replacement will be made solely at the discretion of Before & After Aesthetics

All shipping, handling, and payment gateway fees are nonrefundable and must be borne by the customer.

Address Verification & Reshipment

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in parcel return, reshipment fees will apply to cover redelivery costs.

Orders will not be reshipped until full payment of the reshipment fee is received.

Faulty Product Cap Exchange Policy

To maintain product integrity, please inspect all purchases upon receipt

If a faulty or damaged bottle cap is found, notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery

This policy applies strictly to defects identified upon receipt

Products used after opening or reported after the 5day window are not eligible for exchange.

Order Processing Time

All online orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping

Orders placed after 5:00 PM SGT (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Shipping & Delivery Within Singapore

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO

We currently offer two delivery options for local customers 

1. SelfCollection Free 

  • Orders are ready for collection at our Wisma Atria outlet within 1 business day after receiving your einvoice
  • All selfcollection orders must be collected within 3 business days from notification
  • Orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled without refund

 

2. Standard Shipping SGD $10 

  • Delivery within 3-4 business days after processing

 

A confirmation email with delivery status will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping & Delivery

Duties & Taxes For International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility

Before & After Aesthetics is not liable for

  1. Customsrelated delays, seizures, or destructions
  2. Additional fees or taxes charged by your local authoritiesRefunds for products seized, rejected, or returned due to customs regulations

 

If a parcel is returned to Singapore, reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Delays & Loss Liability

We strive to ensure all parcels arrive within estimated timelines; however, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

Before & After Aesthetics™ is not responsible for

  1. Delays caused by carriers or customs
  2. Lost or misplaced parcels after confirmed delivery
  3. Misdelivery due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyer

 

Customers are responsible for tracking shipments using the tracking number provided.
